At Renova Wellness Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Because our offerings include wellness consultations, personalized support, digital materials, and consumable products, our refund policies may differ based on the type of purchase.

Please review the terms below before completing your purchase.

1. Wellness Consultations & Services

1.1 Consultation Sessions (Single Sessions)

All consultation bookings are non-refundable once scheduled.

If you need to reschedule:

  • Please notify us in advance.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost if notice is provided within our stated cancellation window.

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

1.2 Wellness Programs & Packages

Program fees (including multi-session packages such as the Transformation Program or Renewal Path) are non-refundable once the program begins.

If you have not yet used any portion of the program, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase, minus any processing fees.

Unused sessions expire according to the terms outlined in your program agreement.

2. Digital Products, Guides & Downloadable Materials

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products—including wellness guides, PDFs, educational materials, or downloadable resources—are non-refundable once delivered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

3. Herbal Products & Physical Goods (If applicable)

3.1 Return Policy for Physical Goods

Please refer to the individual product listing for any item-specific return or refund details.

3.2 Return Policy for Herbal Products, or Other Consumables

For health and safety reasons, all herbal products, teas, or consumable wellness items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days

  • Include a photo of the issue

  • We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit

 

4. Payment Processing & Fees

Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method.
Processing fees charged by payment platforms (Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) may be non-refundable according to their policies.

We do not reimburse:

  • Transaction fees

  • Currency conversion fees

  • Third-party processing costs

  • Shipping costs

 

5. Gift Certificates & Credits

Gift certificates and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They may be used toward eligible services or products on the website, and do not expire.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
Refund exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Verified medical emergencies

  • Technical issues preventing access to digital content

  • Duplicate transactions

Any approved refund will be processed minus applicable fees.
