Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship orders within the United States.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume. Once a package has been shipped, transit times are outside our control.

4. Order Tracking
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once the package has shipped.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Refunds are not provided for orders lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely.

6.1 Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check with neighbors or your local carrier

Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

We will assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacement for orders marked as delivered.

6.2 Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged:

Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage

We will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion
7. International Shipping
At this time, Renova Wellness Consulting does not offer international shipping.
We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
8. Returns & Refunds for Shipped Products
For health and safety reasons, all wellness and herbal products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return/refund eligibility varies by product.
