Cancellation Policy

To ensure the highest level of care and attention for each client, we kindly ask that all appointments be booked with intention and respect for the scheduled time. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost. No-Show Policy Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full session rate. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time so we can honor the appointments that follow. The full session fee still applies. Wellness Plans & Programs Rescheduling multiple sessions within a program may affect momentum and results. We’ll work with you to adjust timing as needed, but consistent participation is key to progress. Communication If you are experiencing illness, unexpected circumstances, or an urgent issue, please reach out. We are committed to supporting you while still maintaining fair and clear boundaries for our practice.
